The property: Six bedrooms, wonderful proportions, and forty years of mismatched updates.

The Brief: The owners had lived there for a decade and loved the house, but a stalled renovation had left it caught between eras — beautiful bones, no throughline.]

What we did: We reworked layouts throughout the house, adding new joinery, a palette drawn from the landscape, and a procurement run coordinated alongside the builder.

The outcome: A home that reads as though it was always this considered and owners who love using every room.

Proudest moment: Identifying that poor kitchen lighting meant the room was underused. We opened up natural light and turned the kitchen into the family's natural gathering spot.
